An Everlasting Love

Another layout we did in Scrapbooking Club for the month of June. This one was inspired by a layout I saw on Pinterest a while back. I kind of stepped outside my comfort box with this one but it was well received and that make me happy!!

We used Twitterpated DSP, Crumb Cake, Baja Breeze & Riding Hood Red Card Stock, Basic Pearls, White Bakers Twine, Whisper White 1/4" Stitched Grosgrain Ribbon, Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border Punch, Silver Foil Smooch Spritz and my Big Shot with the Floral Fusion Sizzlits & Typeset Alphabet Bigz.

I made this really easy when creating the banner. I cut the DSP to the same size and they had to cut the ends. Then just lay your bakers twine on the your layout and staple it on both sides. Finally you just lay your DSP pieces on top of the bakers twine and adhere. Easy enough!!

To make the flowers pop off the page you just use your bone folder and curl the ends toward you. That is another easy trick!!

Don't look to close at that picture. It is an older one, not quite in focus and I am not even looking at the camera. It was taken by Jon's mom and is the only picture she gave me so I thought I would get it on a layout so it could find a home. LOL!!!

Have a great day!!
