Another holiday has come and gone. I hope you all had a very special Valentine's Day yesterday!! It was a nice quite evening for us at home with the kids.
I have another sketch challenge for all of you from the Stampin' Queen's Blog. Nothing like a good sketch to get your juices flowing!!
I have another sketch challenge for all of you from the Stampin' Queen's Blog. Nothing like a good sketch to get your juices flowing!!

Like I have always said a sketch is a great starting point but you don't have to always stick to the exact sketch. Change it up if you need to, it is just a great starting place!!

As you can see I started with the sketch but ended up changing it a little. I turned the card orientation but kept the main focus the same as the sketch.
I used the Mocha Morning Specialty DSP, Crumb Cake & Very Vanilla Card Stock, Basic Black Textured Card Stock, Very Vanilla 1/2" Seam Binding Ribbon, Antique Brads, Vanilla Shimmer Smooch Spritz, Large Basic Pearls and the Perfectly Penned Stamp Set.

I am just loving this ribbon technique!! Remember THIS card I showed you and told her that I learned this technique at Leadership from Shelli Gardner?

Can you believe this is the very first time I have used this awesome DSP?? That's right, I had to cut my pack open to use it. Can't believe I waited this long to try it out!! It is just beautiful!! And I love all that flocking too!!

Now head on over to the Stampin' Queen's Sketch Blog to check out the other Queen's cards. Also, we would love to have lots more of you play along with us each week so grab your favorite drink and get busy creating!!
Have a great day!!
