Happy Birthday Sale-A-Bration Style!!

We are now at our final day of Sale-A-Bration and I have one last card to show you all. This card was made by my Stamp Club this month. This card showcased how to use up those leftover Quick Accents from the Ice Cream Parlor DSP & Quick Accents Pack that is FREE until the end of today with a qualifying order. Go to my Online Store to place your qualifying order before these FREE products are gone forever!!

I just LOVE this Ice Cream Parlor DSP but have alot of the Quick Accents leftover so I thought why not use them up on some quick cards. I do love how this card turned out and everyone in club loved it too!!

I used the Ice Cream Parlor DSP & Quick Accents Pack, Old Olive, Peach Parfait & Whisper White Card Stock, Linen Thread, Ice Cream Parlor Ribbon & Button Pack (FREE), 2 3/8" Scallop Circle & 1 3/4" Circle Punches and Bring On the Cake Stamp Set.

So do you have any clever ideas on how to use of the Quick Accents that you get in this pack? I would love to hear all your thoughts because I have a ton of them leftover!!! I just love this DSP and have been using it like crazy!!

After I decide who I am going to give this card to I will then either circle the age or add the age on Stampin' Dimensionals.

Have a great day!!

Last month I had my very first Step Up Scrapbooking Class and it was a BIG hit!! I had had some requests for a class where you get to do more techniques and use more items on your layouts so I decided to do a Step Up Scrapbooking Class every couple of months. These kinds of classes have limited seats due to the fact that the layouts are more involved and I offer them two times during the month, one evening class and one Saturday class. This class they got to do 3 very involved layouts for $15 and everyone loved the layouts!! Just wait for the next one, I am planning it now and you will not want to miss this one!!

This layout I am sharing with all of you today is one of the three layouts they got to do in class. This layout uses the Botanical Gazette DSP, Not Quite Navy, Cherry Cobbler, Early Espresso & Very Vanilla Card Stock, Bliss & Notably Ornate Stamp Sets, Sanded Background Stamp, Very Vanilla 3/8" Taffeta Ribbon, Natural Hemp Twine, Regals Designer Buttons, Spiral Border, 1" Circle, 1 1/4" Circle, 1 3/8" Circle & 2 3/8" Scallop Circle Punches, Color Spritzer, Distressing Tool from the Cutter Kit and my Big Shot with the Tasteful Trim Bigz xl Die, Two Tags Bigz Die & Little Leaves Sizzlits Die.

I showed them this ribbon treatment that Shelli Gardner showed us at Leadership and the Natural Hemp Twine treatment that Kimberly Van Diepen showed me at Founder's Circle.

We did alot of distressing on this layout with stamps (Sanded Background Stamp), Distressing Tool, tearing and just crumpling up card stock.

I showed them how to make faux suede using card stock, water and my heat gun. We punched the scallop circle out, sprayed it with water front and back, crumpled it up really good, uncrumpled it and dried it with the heat gun. Very cool!!! They also did alot of coloring with our markers on the stamps. This layout was just jammed packed full with lots of different elements and they all loved it!!!

Have a great day!!

My Bliss

Do you not just LOVE this Sale-A-Bration stamp set? AND can you believe you can earn this one for FREE? Check out the Sale-A-Bration Mini on my sidebar and place your order in my Online Store by March 31st, 2011 to receive this one or many others for FREE!!

My clubs this month got to make this layout and they LOVED it!!! I always showcase every Designer Series Pack in the big catalog and mini's at least once during the year long club so everyone has a chance to at least play with a pack of DSP that they otherwise might not ever purchase. Believe me this has helped me step outside my comfort zone, turn my dislikes into likes and sell packs of DSP that people would not have even thought about buying. This particular DSP is one of those packs that I did not like when I first saw it but now I like!! AND I have now sold the most of this DSP because we used it in club!! That makes my heart smile!!

I started with the Sweet & Sour Specialty DSP, Rose Red, Pumpkin Pie & Very Vanilla Card Stock, Paper Daisies, 2 3/8" Scallop Circle, 1 3/4" Scallop Circle, 3/4" Circle, Scallop Trim Border & Decorative Label Punches, Clear Rhinestone Brads, Bliss Stamp Set (FREE!!) and my Big Shot with the Clear Circle Die & the Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder.

Contact me today if you want to get this stamp set or many others for FREE until the end of March!! Or simply head on over to my Online Store to place your very own order.

Have a great day!!
