We were involved with a Craft Fair at the beginning of this month and I wanted to share some of the items I had there for sale.
I have been making and selling these chicken wire frames like CRAZY!!! I love finding old frames of all sizes at flea markets, garage sales and antique stores. I "gut" them down to just the frame, sand them, paint them, sand them again and then I glaze them. After all that is done I attach my chicken wire, add the ribbon/fabric hanger and clothes pins. These have been the biggest hit at our craft fairs this fall. If you are interested in one just let me know. I have tons of different sizes and tons of different colors I can paint them.
This above frame is not sold so if you are interested in it let me know. It is really beautiful in person and heavy!! The cost is $30.00
The above one is not sold but I am going to keep it to give to my sister for Christmas. She has the perfect spot for it in her new kitchen/dining room area and the color is perfect!! I am so super excited to have at least one gift down for Christmas!!
This one is SOLD. The three bows are actually hangers that pull from the back to hang. This one sold for $35.

This one is SOLD and I have an order for another one in the same size and color. This one sold for $22.00

This one is still available if you are interested!! Let me know before this weekend because we will be at another craft fair in French Lick and it just might not last long!! The cost is $25.00.

I have also started making memory boards. I have made a total of five of them and have sold all but two of them. This is the latest one I made and thought I should include the boys in on these gems. This one is perfect for a boys room to put pictures on or put baseball cards on. If you are interested in this one let me know before this weekend because it could sale right away!! The cost is $15.00
I do make any of the chicken wire frames and memory boards custom to your needs. Just let me know a size, color or theme and I can get you a price.
Have a great day!!

congrats! Looks like it was a great success!
Holy cow! I created one of these a couple of months back, but never thought to sell them! Your's are beautiful and inspiring.
Your chicken wire frames are super cool. Love this idea!!
I too love your chicken wire frames, and wish I could find old frames to refinish. I have been hunting for over 6 months (or basically am always looking) and haven't found any in our area. We have lots of antique stores around here and they don't like selling just the frames any longer -- so they are very expensive with antique pictures. My nephew lives in French Lick (Richard Jones) -- what a small world!!
