It is time for another wonderful sketch challenge from the brand new Stampin' Queens Blog!! We are only in our fifth week (my second week) and we are having a grand ole time!! Make sure to check out this new sketch challenge blog and play along but right now let me know show you the new sketch and what I did with it.

These sketches are alot different from the Stamping 411 sketches in that they have lots of layers which is right up my alley!!

So what do you think? I made this card for my Grandma since she just had surgery last week and I thought I would send her a card to wish her well (and the fact that she just LOVES my cards!!).
For this one I used the Timeless Portrait DSP, Island Indigo, River Rock & Whisper White Card Stock, Cherry Cobbler 1/2" Seam Binding Ribbon, Basic Pearls, Forever Young & Teeny Tiny Wishes Stamp Sets, Decorative Label & 2 1/2" Circle Punches and my Big Shot with the Circles #2 Originals Die & Houndstooth Embossing Folder.

I just love pleating my ribbon. I did use a piece of Sticky Strip to adhere my ribbon to, don't want it popping off my card!!

Just look at these yummy pearls!! These are the ones on the sheet that are all stuck together, made placing them on my card this way so much easier!
Now head on over to the Stampin' Queens Blog to check out all the other Queens' cards and then make plans to play along with us!!
Have a great day!
