Glamour Girl or Cow Girl??

My first scrapbooking layout for this month for my Scrapbooking Clubs. I wanted to showcase the DSP called Nautical Expedition from the Summer Mini in a way it was not intended for.

This paper is all about traveling and I did not want everyone to think that is the only thing you could use it for. Hence my layouts!! I also wanted to showcase this DSP for a girl too. It is really manly but adding flowers and little girl pictures to is you can see how it changes the look of the paper.

I kept this layout very basic and actually my club members are really liking this!! I also used on this layout the Awash with Flowers Stamp Set, Neutral Brads, Color Spritzer and my Big Shot with the 3" & 3 1/2" Circle Originals Die & Timeless Type Junior Alphabet.

I also wanted to showcase this DSP in another light too. If you don't need girl pages you could still use this DSP but add different stamps to make the look totally different!!

Even though these pictures are of Kaitlyn again they do put off a boyish feel. Kaitlyn liked to play dress up with anything and everything she could find when she was little including my make-up!!

This layout is all the same except the stamp set is called Out West.

Have you tried the different DSP, Designer Series Paper, that Stampin' Up! carries? Remember that your first glance at something doesn't mean that is what you are confined to!!
