Birthday card

This is a birthday card I made tonight for one of my good customers. Her birthday is this week and I couldn't let it go by without sending her a card. I hope she doesn't see this post before she checks her mail. Oh well, Happy Birthday!!!!!!

I used the Bali Breeze pattern paper with the new Flower Fusions topped off with a Rhinestone Brad. You can't tell put I put crystal effects on the Taken with Teal part of the flower. It is really shiny in person!!!!

HAVE A GREAT BIRTHDAY!!!

Easter Picture

I just wanted to share an Easter picture with you all of my three blessings. They are getting so big!!!!!!! I hope everyone had a great Easter considering it was so early this year and the weather was not the greatest.

Did you say PRIZE?????

Edited: To let people know I do know which stamp set was the most popular I was just wanting to celebrate the success of Sale-A-Bration with everyone and have a fun game to win a prize. You all can still play and tell me which set was your favorite!!! I will still be doing a drawing on April 4th for the winner of the FREE stamp set. Thank you, Tiffany

Yep, that's right. I am going to give away another PRIZE!!!!! Now that Sale-A-Bration is over Stampin' Up! is celebrating the HUGE success of this promotion and so am I!!!!!! Here are some of the few words from the home office:

  • On Monday, March 17, you made Stampin' Up! history with $3.5 million in sales--our largest single day of sales ever! What a grand way to end Sale-A-Bration! And that's not all. This year's Sale-A-Bration marked a number of other exciting statistics, including the following:
  • The total number of Sale-A-Bration items earned was nearly 700,000; the most popular Sale-A-Bration item was the ____________________set, with more than 120,000 earned.
  • Recruiting was up by more than 30 percent compared to last year's Sale-A-Bration, with some 7,200 new demonstrators joining the Stampin' Up! family during this year's promotion.
  • Thank you for all your hard work during this tremendously exciting time! We wouldn't be here without you, and we certainly wouldn't be celebrating these remarkable milestones. We appreciate your commitment, enthusiasm, and effort.

This is soooooo exciting!!!!!!! Now for the BEST part: Tell me in your comment what Sale-A-Bration stamp set belongs in the empty space above making it the most popular stamp set during this promotion and then tell me what stamp set is/was your favorite out of this mini. Your only clue to this is that it is a stamp set making the rub-ons not the most popular (but they are awesome). I will draw a winner out of all the comments left here on this post on April 4th at noon and then post the correct stamp set so everyone will know. The winning person will receive THAT stamp set FREE!!!!!!! So let me hear all your guesses and your favorites!!!!!!

Picture Frame

This is a picture frame I bought at Wal-Mart for $3. I just covered it with some left over scraps of Ginger Blossom Pattern Paper and used one of our new rub-ons on the glass.

I think it turned out nice!!! This could make a great Mother's Day gift too. Maybe I shouldn't have posted this yet in case my mom drops by my blog and sees this!!!!!!!LOL!!!!

I then used our new Rub-ons called Love Birds that is in the Occasions Mini and applied the saying to the watering can. Now for the the best part: I am going to do a drawing this weekend and give this away to a good home!!!!!! You are probably wondering how you can get your name in the drawing, right?? Projects for my last party

Here are some of the projects I put together for a couple of parties I had last week. I took this first one straight from Splitcoast Stampers website. This card it called a Peek-a-boo treat holder. It is just sooooo cute and I just love that stamp set called A Good Egg. I also love using my corner rounder to make the scallop boarder.

PEAK-A-BOO!!!!

I just love this new stamp set and pattern paper found in the new Occasions Mini from Stampin' Up! Can you say BEAUTIFUL!!??!! I took this idea from a card I saw on Splitcoast Stampers. I just love that website. If you haven't checked it out yet make sure you do!!!!

I tried the new technique of coloring your ribbon slide that is also found in the new Occasions Mini called Styled Silver Hodgepodge Hardware. You take your ribbon slide, Crystal Effects and any color reinker. Pour out a little Crystal Effects and then one drop of your reinker, take a toothpick and mix together. After it is mixed up take your toothpick and "scoop" up some of the mixture and "pour" into the grove on the ribbon slide. Let it dry and then use it to decorate your card. Too Cute!!!!!

This card is a tent topper card and I found this on Stampin' Academy. This is the same card she did but I did not use a big scallop punch since Stampin' Up! does not sell one and I used this as the make'n take. Instead I used the coluzzle cutting system we sell to make the three different circles and SOLD three sets of the coluzzle!!!! The coluzzle is one of my favorite tools next to my Cricut!!!!

This is the hostess gift I made for my hostess. This idea was taken from my upline, Darla. She made us these for our Christmas gift two years ago using one of the new Sale-A-Bration stamp sets from that year. I thought it was the best gift ever and have been making them ever since!!! They are just the plastic frames from Wal-Mart with the magnet on the back. Take your cardstock and decorate it how ever you want and insert into the frame. Get some post-it notes and attach it to the plastic frame with our sticky tape and tie with ribbon. I added my own business magnet, a pencil and some extra magnets on the back because of the weight of the post-it notes. Now you have a pretty awesome hostess gift!!!!

My parties went great and now Sale-A-Bration is about over. Until next year for FREE stamps!!!! Have a great day!!!

My little artist

Just wanted to share a picture of my youngest daugther, Jordan, holding her artwork she did last night at art class. Her art teacher, Nicole, is a good friend of mine and she said Jordan picked it up right away and did not need any help at all doing her project. This picture and todays weather puts me in the mood for Spring!!!! I want Winter to go away and Spring to come NOW!!!

Just a little tease.....

Just wanted to give you a little tease before tomorrow!!! This is a peak at the card I will be showing tomorrow on my blog for our first sneak peak of one of the cards you will get to make at my and Kelly's All Occasion Card Making Day on April 19th. See post below for more details on this awesome day packed full of awesome cards you will get to make and take home with you. Remember if you can not make it that day or live to far away we also sale the kits for all the cards that will be done that day. So reserve your spot or kit today!!! Check back tomorrow to see the full card.

All about circles!!!

Isn't this card just the cutest? I just love it!!! I actually found this card on Kristina Werner's blog and fell in love with it. Kristina is one talented lady!!! Go check her blog out and you will see what I am talking about. I simiply CASE'd her card but used ALL Stampin' Up products for mine. If you are not sure what "CASE" means it is "Copy And Share with Everyone". It is commanly used among Stampers and Scrapbookers so we can share the love of this art with everyone!!! I am not at all taking any credit for this project or any other project I CASE from a fellow Stamper or Scrapbooker. I just love passing on ideas I find on the net to showcase my Stampin' Up products and what you can do with them. So I hope you enjoy this card and any other ideas I post here on my blog. For this card I did use our Coluzzle to cut out the circle for the card and the patterened paper, Berry Bliss. For the card I did not cut a full circle since I wanted it to open up into a card. I placed my Coluzzle circle template off the cardstock a bit and then cut the rest of the circle. For the cupcake I used Big Bold Birthday stamp set found on page 41 of the current Spring/Summer Collection. I used Chocolate Chip cardstock for my card and used Chocolate Chip, Pretty in Pink and Purely Pomegranate ink for the cupcake. When attaching the Berry Bliss pattern paper and cup cake to the card I did use our Stampin' Dimensionals on everything except the candles. I just attached them straight to the card. I used our new Taffeta Ribbon in Pretty in Pink and attached it to the top of the card.

Have a great Day!!!!

Vendor weekend

Hey everyone I just wanted to let you know there was a craft show scheduled for this weekend here in Jasper, IN but was cancelled due to all the snow we got on Friday. Some of the gals that were suppose to be in the craft show are now going to have a Vendor show at the Jasper Inn on Easter weekend, March 21st-22nd. Well I am posting because I am going to have a table set up that weekend showcasing all Stampin' Up products. So mark your calendars now so you can come by and visit me. Tell me you saw this on my blog and I will have something extra for you that weekend for coming to visit!!! I will also have a make 'n take there, some great specials and an awesome drawing!!!!! The times have not been announced yet so as soon as they are I will post them here.

Berry Bliss Heaven

I am just loving the new Berry Bliss Designer Series Paper in the new Spring/Summer Catalog!!! It is just so pretty!!! The Stampin' Up! colors in this paper are Close to Cocoa, Purely Pomegranate and Pretty in Pink. On this card I used one of the Sale-A-Bration stamp sets called So Many Scallops. It coordinates so well with our scallop punch too!!!! If you like this stamp set you can get it FREE before Sale-A-Bration is over. And it will end on March 17th so let me know if you would like to get some FREE stamp sets before this period is over. The design for this card was taken from a New Years card I got from a great lady I met on BYOM's message board. Thanks Liz for the card and the inspiration!!!! I just loved the layout of your card and had to try it myself. Have a great day!!

Is it Easter yet???

Isn't this just the cutest box? I just love this new stamp set called A Good Egg. I found the template to this box on someone's blog but for the life of me I can not find her blog now to share it with you. If I come across it again I will for sure link you up!! After putting my box together I stamped the chick image on our Watercolor paper with Black Stazon. I used our Aquapainter to color in the image. For the handle I just used the pipe cleaners you can buy at Wal-Mart. Filled it with Easter grass and candy. Wouldn't this make a great treat to give out at Easter? I just might have to involve the kiddos in on making these and they can take them to school for all their friends. Have a great day!!!!

I just LOVE ribbon!!!!!!

Isn't this just the funniest looking ribbon holder?? It is, but it holds a ton of ribbon and so easy to just grab and go!!! Here is a link to the place that makes these called Your Pictured Memor-EZ. I got mine at the crop for the cure last weekend for $21.99. The black ones retail for $19.99 but all the colored ones retail for $21.99. If you have a chance to see one in person check it out. They are so awesome!!!!!!

We had a BLAST!!!!

There were 18 of us that went to The Crop for the Cure in Evansville, IN on March 1st. This was a 12 hour crop for breast cancer. We had such a great time and plan on going back again next year!!!! Go check out their website and sign up for their mailing list. You will then receive a notice about next years crop they will hold. If you are withing driving distance I recommend you try and go because it is a blast!!! It is on a first come first serve basis when signing up and they only take the first 250 people. This year it was so big they planned on two different dates and as far as I know they both sold out. I know the 1st did and they are doing it again on March 15th (which me and three other girls are going to go back to). I believe it is already sold out or there are maybe less than 10 spots left.

What a great time we had!!!!!

I've been tagged!!!!

I have been tagged by one of my new All Stampin' Up bloggers, Jennifer. Here are the questions and answers to seven questions:

  1. What were you doing 10 years ago? I don't even know what I was doing yesterday let alone 10 years ago!!!!!! I really need to think about this one. Ten years ago Kaitlyn, my oldest, would have only been 3 months only. Boy how time flies!!!! I now have 3 kiddos and Kaitlyn is now 11 years old. So I guess I was busy learning how to be a new mom.
  2. What were you doing 1 year ago? Like I said earlier I don't even know about yesterday!!!LOL!!!! I know I was in my first several months of being a demonstrator and having lots of workshops!!!
  3. Name your 5 favorite snacks? Apples with peanut butter, pretzels, Ruffles with french onion dip, milkduds and pickles.
  4. Name 5 things you would do if you were a millionaire: I would pay off all our bills and help all of our families reach their dreams too.
  5. Name 5 things you like doing: Scrapbooking/stamping, going to crops with my friends, being with my family, reading and doing puzzles
  6. Name 5 things you would never wear again: Of course a swimsuit, pantyhose, stir-ups, high heels and short shorts.
  7. Name your 5 favorite toys: My digital camera, all my scraping supplies, my computer, my iphone and my expression.

Now it is my turn to tag 5 people. All they will have to do is answer the questions and tag 5 more people.

Kelly-She is one of my good friends and one of my downline. She is starting to do workshops now and said she wants to start updating her blog with some of her work. This might give her the motivation to get her blog updated!!!!!

Nicole-She is one of my good friends and also my upline. She makes the most awesome jewerly and does some great paper crafting. Check our her blog. She has a promotion going on now that could win you a piece of her awesome jewerly.

Robin-She is one of my Stampin' Up only blog role members. Go check out her blog. She is one crafty lady!!!!

Nicole-She is one of my Stampin' Up only blog role members. Go check our her blog. She has some great projects and a very nice blog layout.

Nancy-Her blog is one that I like to visit often just to look at all her projects she creates. Go check out her blog and be WOWED like I am.

Have a great evening!!!!

Finally a new post!!!!!

Sorry everyone for being gone for so long!!!! I have been sooooo busy and have not had anytime to create anything new so I pulled this one out that I did last year and though I would share it with everyone. This is one of those canvas boards you can purchase at Michaels in the art section. I used the Doodle This stamp set found on page 94 of the current Spring/Summer Collection to stamp directly on the canvas and pattern paper. I also cut the flower image on the pattern paper too and cut it out and attached it to the pattern paper with a Taken With Teal brad. I used the corner rounder to make the scallop on the pattern paper and the spiral punch on the pattern paper behind my picture. I have this hanging on my refrigerator at home and everyone seems to notice it and they just love it!!!!! Have a great day!!
