Isn't this just the cutest dress ever?? This idea was done on the Stampin' Up! website by one of the Artisan Award winners. Too Stinkin' Cute!!!!!All you need to make this dress is some punches. Here I used the Large Oval, Scallop Circle, Round Tab and the Scallop Border (at the bottom of card) Punches. I also used the 1/16" Circle Handheld Punch, Georgia Peach DSP, Regal Rose, So Saffron & Whisper White Cardstock, Apricot Appeal 1/4" Grosgrain Ribbon and Heard from the Heart Stamp Set.
